A real website. Built by hand.
You own the code, the domain, everything.

I don't use page builders or WordPress, and there is no "upgrade your plan" tier. I write HTML and CSS, the actual languages of the web, and hand you the keys. Three years of hosting are included in the price.

What you actually own

Most website builders bury this in fine print. Here's the full list, plain.

The code

Hand-delivered as a ZIP file. HTML, CSS, images, fonts. Open in any text editor. No proprietary format.

The domain

Registered in your name. You get the login. I'm not the admin. You control where it points.

All passwords

Hosting panel, domain registrar, analytics, email, every credential is yours. Nothing is locked behind my account.

No data retained

I don't keep copies after delivery. I don't sell data. I don't have a "client portal" that holds your site hostage.

Case study: 405 Tropical Fish

12 pages Thai-inspired design 33-year family business

405 Tropical Fish has been at the same location in Westminster, CA for 33 years. They needed a website that matched the care and detail they put into their tanks, not a generic pet-store template.

I built a 12-page site from scratch: a homepage, an about page with their story, five species directories, and five care guide pages. Each care guide targets specific search terms, "betta fish care," "angelfish tank setup," "discus temperature", and is already ranking in both Google and ChatGPT search results.

The design pulls from Thai visual motifs: warm parchment backgrounds, teal accents, and a hand-drawn fish silhouette in the header. No stock photos. No "contact us for a quote" forms. Their phone number is right there, in the header, on every page.

People find businesses through ChatGPT now

Google is no longer the only place people look. They ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI search tools, and those tools read your site differently than Google does.

AI search engines favor clear, conversational copy and structured data (the invisible code that tells a machine what your business is). Every site I build ships with LocalBusiness schema, Service schema, FAQPage schema where applicable, and plain-language meta descriptions, all the things that help a machine know you're a real plumbing company in Newport Beach, not a directory listing.

Your site won't just rank on Google. It'll show up when someone asks "find me a plumber in Orange County" on ChatGPT.
