Who owns the website code?
You do. All of it. HTML, CSS, images, fonts, delivered as a ZIP file you can open in any text editor. No proprietary formats, no build tools you need to maintain.
Who owns the domain name?
You do. Registered in your name. You get the login credentials. I am not the admin contact. You can transfer it anywhere, any time.
What about hosting after 3 years?
After the included 3 years, you can move it anywhere, another hosting provider, a $5/mo VPS, a static host that's free. The files are standard HTML. No lock-in.
Can I make changes myself?
Yes. You get the raw HTML and CSS files. Any text editor works. I'll also include a 90-minute troubleshooting call for free if you get stuck.
What if I want to cancel an automation?
You can stop at any time. The automation runs on your accounts, your email, your CRM, your cloud, using credentials you control. I don't hold any keys.
Is there a contract?
No. Single project, single invoice. No ongoing obligation. If you want more work later, you're welcome back at reduced rates for repeat clients.
