Real work for real businesses in Orange County
Three case studies. Three different problems. Each one solved with the same approach: figure out what's actually wasting time, build the thing that fixes it, hand over the keys.

Project: Website 12 pages Westminster, CA
405 Tropical Fish has been at the same location in Westminster, CA for 33 years. Same family, same tanks, same unwavering commitment to healthy fish. But they had zero web presence. No website, no Google listing they controlled, no way for people searching "tropical fish store Orange County" to find them. They relied entirely on word of mouth and foot traffic from their freeway-adjacent location.
A 12-page hand-built website. The design pulls from Thai visual motifs, warm parchment tones, teal accents, a custom hand-drawn fish silhouette, because the family's heritage is Thai and the store sells many species native to Southeast Asian waters. The structure is simple: home, about, five species directory pages, and five care guide articles.
Each care guide targets a specific search term, "betta fish care," "angelfish tank setup," "discus water temperature", written in the same plain-spoken voice the owners use when talking to customers. No fluff. Real advice for real fish keepers.
Within 45 days of launch, five care guide pages were ranking on the first page of Google for their target terms. More importantly, they started appearing in ChatGPT search results, when someone asks "where to buy a betta fish in Orange County," 405 Tropical Fish shows up. Phone calls increased measurably. The owners report people mentioning "I found you online" for the first time in decades.
Project: Design + Automation Custom SVGs Outreach pipeline
Two YouTube channels in adjacent niches needed a unified visual identity, channel banners, custom thumbnails, intro sequences, and branded SVGs for end screens. The creator was spending 3–4 hours per video just on assets and outreach: replying to collaboration requests, scheduling emails, copying contact info from spreadsheets.
Two tracks of work. First, full creative direction: custom SVG channel headers, thumbnail templates that maintain brand consistency while allowing variation per video, and a style guide for future uploads. Second, an automated outreach pipeline: when a collaboration request comes in, the system checks the sender against a preference list, drafts a reply, logs the interaction, and schedules a follow-up, all approval-gated.
The creator stopped outsourcing asset creation. The automated outreach pipeline handles 95% of routine collaboration replies, saving roughly 6 hours per week. The channels maintained their growth trajectory, combined monthly views stayed stable or increased, while the creator recovered the equivalent of a full workday every week.
Project: Automation 30 sec per item Reseller pricing
A local reseller was pricing 50 items per estate sale, each taking about 10 minutes. The workflow: photograph with phone → upload to Google Images → cross-reference on eBay sold listings → check Craigslist → check Facebook Marketplace → type pricing into a spreadsheet → compose individual listings. Six tools per item. Over 8 hours of manual work for a single sale.
A single unified tool. The reseller takes a photo, the system checks sold comps across eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and Craigslist simultaneously, no more switching tabs. It generates a price range based on actual sold data, outputs a draft listing with title, description, and suggested price. All in about 30 seconds per item. Nothing posts automatically, each draft listing is reviewed and approved before going live.
50 items now take 25 minutes instead of 8 hours. The pricing is more accurate because the system checks three marketplaces at once instead of one at a time. The reseller can handle multiple sales in the same week without hiring help. The approval gate ensures nothing embarrassing goes out, every listing gets a human look before it posts.
Tell me what you're dealing with. If I can help, I'll quote a flat price. If not, I'll tell you that too.
